Bioinformatician at SLUBI · Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences, Uppsala

I am a biologist and bioinformatician at SLUBI (SLU), where I support and train researchers in biological data analysis, specially genomics and NGS data analysis. My research focuses on fungal ecology, mycobiome, airborne eDNA, and crop-associated microbiomes, host–microbe–environment interactions, using metagenomics, metabarcoding, and transcriptomics.

How does microbial diversity shape ecosystem resilience and sustainable agriculture in a changing climate?
