I am a biologist and bioinformatician, supporting all kinds of Agri-bioinformatics.
As a researcher I am molecular ecologist working at the intersection of host–microbe interactions, myco‑ and microbiome research, and environmental DNA. My work explores how fungi and microbial communities influence plant health and ecosystem function, using genomics, metagenomics, transcriptomics and high‑throughput sequencing data. I deploy computational pipelines to analyze complex NGS datasets, with research spanning fungal endophytes, host-virus-microbs associations, and crop‑associated microbiomes and rna expressions. Recently, I have focused on airborne environmental DNA to track biodiversity and phenological shifts.
